Trainees will look at their own behaviour and will assess on how to react in various situations.
We will look at what causes conflict and what we can do to remove or reduce the risk in a proactive manner.
We will look at using appropriate communication techniques.
Trainees will be given various case studies and be asked how they would resolve the scenarios.
Our Trainers will also answer any questions that trainees may have about certain experiences they have had at their place of work.
After each course Cheshire Conflict Management Training will evaluate each trainee and issue a certificate to show they have passed the course which has been attended and feedback will be given to the management team.
Different workplaces bring different challenging behaviour which needs different ways of managing the situation.

We offer the training and support needed so that your staff feel safe and knowledgeable to implement such techniques in a way which will be safe to both them and the person presenting the challenging behaviour.
There are many techniques which have been developed to manage various situations. Some of our techniques can be used for staff in a lone working environment.
We can also provide training on ways to restrain people again without harming or inflicting pain on either person.
